I think this hat must not be in my size. Posted by Picasa

If you can't stand the heat, get out of our kitchen!

We took Lily to her first baseball game on Friday night. Sonya got us all tickets. It was very hot but we had a good time. Lily got a little foam ball and a pink Biscuits baseball bat. If you want, she'll hit you in the face with it. I know. We also got a foul ball. It almost hit us in the head in the parking lot, so Josh "caught" it for Lily. Fun times. We had hot dogs, pretzels, and the best part...dippin dots. Lily recommends chocolate. They came in a cute hat. You should come and we'll go again.

I bet you won't believe that Lily will be one year old in 3 weeks. WOW!!

Now, Daddy, explain this game to me one more time. What do I do with this ball? Posted by Picasa

Lily Stone, the next Biscuit Baseball star. Look at that arm!! Posted by Picasa

This is a fun place. Hold on, I'll take the paci out for a minute...nevermind. Posted by Picasa

Aren't those fireworks pretty, Mommy? Posted by Picasa

Baseball makes me very tired. Posted by Picasa

Auntie Sonya, why are we waving? Posted by Picasa

Happy Fourth of July!

We hope you had a good one. We got a few fireworks and grill some steak. Just Lily, Josh, and me. It was fun. Lily isn't too impressed with fireworks, and cries at anything other than the sparklers. Good thing we only bought a few.
Not much news here. Josh is counting down the days until he starts his Junior High teaching career. I'm still getting used to regular people hours and learning about what to do with money if I ever get any. Lily is growing (a little at least!) and she's still just trying to walk. A couple of steps here, a couple there. She'll probably notice that she can do it one day and then never crawl again. It's almost time to start planning her 1st bithday party! Wanna come?!?

Lily liked the sparklers, but was scared of the other stuff. Posted by Picasa

Lily and Mommy brushing our teeth. Lily loves to brush her teeth. She crawls into the bathroom when she sees me doing it, and we brush together. Posted by Picasa
